Exhibitor Information

Exhibitor Hours: Thursday, August 29th, Friday, August 30th, and Saturday, August 31st, from 9 am to 7 pm, and Sunday, September 1st, from 9 am to 3 pm.

Exhibitor Location: Sheraton Grand at Wild Horse Pass, 5594 West Wild Horse Pass Boulevard, Phoenix, Arizona 85226 – Akimel Ballroom One/Two

Includes 6’ table and two chairs w/ table cover/cloth & trash can

Electricity not included. May bring battery powered lights – table top lamps, etc.

WiFi connection provided

Includes the option to include one piece of literature (postcard/flier) in the conference bags for each attendee.

Mail items: Items must arrive at our conference mail reception site by August 14, 2024. Mail to: Kristin Mismash 601 E. 8800 South, Sandy, UT 84070.

or Drop off in person by 8:00 am Wednesday, August 28, 2024 to the registration desk in the Akimel Foyer.

Ship to hotel (not recommended) Shipment and storage to hotel will be at vendor’s expense and we do not guarantee your items will make it into the bags.

Visibility on the IANDS Exhibitor section of the conference website, conference.iands.org, including:

Your logo
Description of your business
Your Website link
Contact info for your business
Photo(s) of items or store (optional)

Your logo will be rotated on screen during conference Live Stream intermissions and included in post-conference Video on Demand recordings.

Your logo with URL link will be displayed on the image rotation carousel of our conference website.


We expect your vendor table to be staffed during open hours. If the table needs to be left completely unattended, please keep it to an hour or less. 

You may bring an extra person(s) to assist at your vendor table. The vendor ticket does not include conference registration and events. 

You may purchase a registration ticket separately for conference events, which is designated with a Conference Name Badge. This Conference Name Badge may be shared (alternated) with the person who assists staffing your booth.  (Extra events not covered in the registration include Lunch with Speaker, Healing Sessions, Fundraising Banquet and Workshops. They may be purchased separately). 

Restrictions / Exclusions

No Music/sound, PA/speakers

No candle, incense burning, or diffusers

No distracting/obtrusive/flashing lighting

No wall hangings – must have their own display system (nothing allowed on walls)

ITEMS SHIPPED AND STORED AT HOTEL WILL BE AT VENDOR’S EXPENSE. We have a form you will need to fill out beforehand. Please let us know if you need this option.

You are responsible for following the sales tax requirements for Phoenix, Arizona
